Tracy Evans

Having previously run the administration of a small specialist tour operator almost single handed, Tracy arrived at Personal Touch Holidays in 2006 with a truly impressive array of admin skills. I've rarely felt so inadequate in fact as when I first laid eyes on her multi-colour-coded e-mail inbox and marvelled at the organisation of it all. Already astounded, I later discovered that beneath her brilliant omni-colour rainbow computer screen lay yet further layers of elaborate by-subject filing. Over the years Tracy has developed really strong relationships with many of our clients, who have come to rely on her and trust in her every bit as much as we ourselves do.
