Welcome to the Personal Touch world of dance holidays

Personal Touch Holidays involvement with the world of overseas dance holidays dates right back to the early years of the company, when we worked with a leading dance organiser of the day that promoted both ballroom dance and line dancing.

The requirement of dance tourists at that time was a fairly straightforward one, in that any smooth non-carpeted floor surface was deemed as acceptable as a holiday dance floor.

Feeling that we could provide much, much better facilities for people that wished to combine holidaymaking with dance we embarked on a two year project to identify attractive wooden floored meeting rooms located within good quality well located hotels in the major tourism destinations of Europe.

We also purchased high quality sound equipment to improve upon, where necessary, the quality of the sound equipment habitually used by our selected range of hotels.

Over the course of the ensuing years we have not only expanded upon the range of dance destinations that we offer but have also encouraged two hotels without adequate dance facilities in place to lay a danceable floor on our behalf.
