We would like to thank you very much for organising an excellent holiday for us.  The Hotel Vila Gale Santa Cruz was an ideal hotel for the dance group and the hotel staff were all very friendly.

Everyone marvelled at your choice of Hotel, the accommodation and food, and our itinerary were all greatly appreciated.

We wish to say a very big 'thank you' for the holiday in Calpe. Over the years, we have been on many holidays with Personal Touch and we have never been disappointed with the hotels or organisation of the holidays.

We would like to congratulate your company on a well organised bowls tour this year, we have been on several tours before but this tour to Portugal was the best we have been on.  The hotel Vila Gale Cerro Alagoa was a good hotel, the bowls club venues were excellent and most of all I must praise your resort manager, she was first class.

Have just come back from a fabulous dance holiday booked through your company.  Wonderful hotel, staff were courteous and friendly.  The PT rep ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the holiday.  The social dancing to live music was wonderful.  Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

What a great trip the bowls club had to Calpe in April.  Our tour manager was excellent, looked after us and made sure that everything went smoothly.  The bowling was good, nice clubs.   Everyone we met was friendly and we had a good time.

Thank you for the effort you put in to ensure my bowling trip to Malta ran smoothly.  Everything was perfect.

The facilities and rooms at the hotel were very much up to the standard of hotels you have booked us in previously and the food was the best standard we have had on all our holidays.  The quality and freshness and indeed the variety could not be faulted.

My wife and I having been on your bowling holidays for many years and feel that we would be amiss not to congratulate you on your resort guide at the Vila Gale last week.  He was caring, considerate, accommodating, fun to be with and prepared to go ‘the extra mile’, even playing bowls.  We feel he and your organisation should be thanked for a very enjoyable week spent bowling in the Algarve.
