The hotel was very good, the staff were excellent and very helpful, the food was to a high standard and the themed evenings gave everyone an opportunity to try a range of dishes, the gardens and pools were well maintained.

All the pre-travel arrangements were handled extremely professionally by the staff in the main Personal Touch office. Our resort manager was perhaps the most enthusiastic tour guide we have ever seen. Nothing was too much trouble and his attention to detail was exceptional.
