"Your rep was excellent in looking after us, nothing was too much trouble and her friendly attitude made us more than welcome the moment we arrived at the Airport. The bowling organiser was also very good and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was first class and all the staff from the hotel manager right through to the chamber maids were friendly, thorough and always out to help. The reception we received on arrival at the hotel was unbelievable for courtesy and friendliness."
