"I booked my first trip with Personal Touch Holidays with some trepidation. I knew hardly anyone on the list of those going, included in the very comprehensive pre-holiday booklet, and still wasn't sure what to expect. I needn't have worried. From being welcomed at the airport on arrival, to the first night drinks reception, to the carefully selected hotel and range of trips, mixed with enough free time to spend by the pool and meet up with new friends, I had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Jonathan was totally at ease with our group, travelled with us on our outings and willingly answered all our queries at any time. I quickly felt relaxed with the others on this singles holiday and enjoyed it so much that I came home and booked another! The unexpected delay at the airport on the way home was so much less stressful due to Jonathan's friendly rep ensuring that we were kept informed during our wait.
