All the pre-travel arrangements were handled extremely professionally by the staff in the main Personal Touch office. Our resort manager was perhaps the most enthusiastic tour guide we have ever seen. Nothing was too much trouble and his attention to detail was exceptional.

Our resort manager was polite, amusing and endlessly helpful and his entertaining manner and sing-alongs on our journeys were a delight. If we have the opportunity to repeat our trip next year, I could not wish for a better guide.

The hotel ranks very high on my list and the food variety/quality was very good. All the rooms were great with nice views. Your organisation was perfect, this holiday was superb.
