I booked my first trip with Personal Touch Holidays with some trepidation. I knew hardly anyone on the list of those going, included in the very comprehensive pre-holiday booklet, and still wasn't sure what to expect. I needn't have worried. From being welcomed at the airport on arrival, to the first night drinks reception, to the carefully selected hotel and range of trips, mixed with enough free time to spend by the pool and meet up with new friends, I had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Jonathan was totally at ease with our group, travelled with us on our outings and willingly answered all our queries at any time. I quickly felt relaxed with the others on this singles holiday and enjoyed it so much that I came home and booked another! The unexpected delay at the airport on the way home was so much less stressful due to Jonathan's friendly rep ensuring that we were kept informed during our wait. It would have been much different had I been completely on my own. Thanks Jonathan and Personal Touch Holidays!

Back from Madeira. Had a great time. Loved the hotel and our resort manager was excellent in the way that she dealt with a couple of health problems.

Fabulous holiday in Budapest. Everything went smoothly from the initial booking, through to the flights, transfers, excursions etc. We were looked after very well, good food and a great last night party. I can't wait for the next holiday.

I went on the Festive Budapest holiday and found myself part of a very friendly group. Personal Touch Holidays does live up to its name! It was well organised, the venue was super and the tour guides knowledgeable.

I had a wonderful time on my holiday to Budapest. Everything was extremely well organised from start to finish. Hotel was comfortable, food was good, and had excellent spa facilities. We had a very knowledgeable tour guide, a variety of trips out and about, and some fun entertainment too! An excellent 'feel safe' holiday that was great value for money.

Budapest was not somewhere on my bucket-list, but I had a ball! I laughed a lot, drank some G&Ts (other forms of alcohol beverages are available!) ate cake, made some super new friends and learnt that I could have fun again. For me, the light came back on in my life in Budapest. It was life-changing.

Many thanks for the 10th anniversary celebration. We thoroughly enjoyed it and so did everyone else. Hope you can organise the holiday for next year as its always the best holiday of the year.

Without exception, everyone in our group had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The icing on the cake was the weather, which was perfect. Far better than anyone could have anticipated. We have already booked for next year, so it shows you at PT are doing things right.

Thank you for organising a very successful dance holiday in Cyprus. The dance leaders Sylvia & Graham Barrett set a very high standard throughout and are to be complimented on their sincere hospitality. All aspects of our holiday exceeded our expectations and we will certainly recommend this holiday to our friends.

I simply wanted to say how much we enjoyed the holiday and how impressed we were by the administration and on site arrangements. Your resort manager is a delightful and friendly lady who was always around and accessible to anyone who needed to speak to her.  All in all a really pleasant break and very well organised.
