I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you and all your staff at your office in Billingshurst for providing everybody with such a marvellous holiday.  It all ran like clockwork.  Your rep has to be one of the finest resort staff we have dealt with and made our stay the best we have had in over nine years of bowling holidays with various companies.

I would like to say how helpful our rep was to us all.  Nothing was too much trouble for her and her pleasant and likeable personality was appreciated by us all.

Our bowling week was superb, the hotel was good and our rep was excellent.  Once again thanks for a memorable trip.

We had a great holiday at the Hotel Sol Aloha Puerto, Spain – the food was excellent and the rooms, which are like suites, also excellent.

I am delighted to write on behalf of Cobham Bowling Club to say how pleased we were with the standard of our recent holiday to Hotel Sol Aloha Puerto, Spain.  In particular, we would like you to pass on our thanks to our excellent courier, he was fantastic.  Nothing was too much trouble, he was very enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable, had a great sense of humour and really made our holiday very enjoyable.  The hotel was very good.  The food was excellent, the staff very courteous and the hotel was very clean.  We are looking forward to our next bowling holiday with your company.

Once again many thanks for another successful bowls tour.  The Hotel Sol Aloha Puerto was excellent  and convenient for a stroll along the promenade to the marina.  All the bowls clubs we visited made us very welcome.  Your Personal Touch resort manager made my job very easy.  He was always available and without doubt the best rep we have had the pleasure of working with.

Thank you for your letter welcoming us home after what proved to be a VERY SUCCESSFUL AND ENJOYABLE HOLIDAY.  The flights to and from Almeria were on time, the Hotel Oasis Tropical was very good, rooms had excellent aspect, were roomy and comfortable and serviced efficiently.  Food was of a very good standard with an abundant choice.
