Our overseas activity divides into two principal areas of concern: commercial and operational.
All the pre-planning of our overseas holidays in terms of their content, costs, and quality is determined by Jonathan and his international network of travel business associates, a number of whom have worked with him for many years and are considered by him to be close friends that very much share his concern for high quality, highly personalised, and highly attentive travel service provision. This network extends as far south as New Zealand, as far north as Iceland, as far east as Japan, and as far west as the western coasts of the USA and Canada.
The operation of the travel packages put together by Jonathan and his network, many of them fairly complex in their detail, is diligently managed and overseen on a day-to-day basis by Michelle and her highly experienced team of impressively efficient and delightfully approachable travel managers.
Overseas we enjoy relationships of many years standing with hotels, transport providers, and travel companies, and our team of highly dedicated resort managers and tour managers administers client care provision on our behalf all over the world. Some of our uniformed overseas staff are resident in the countries in which they work, others are flown out to overseas destinations as required. We are extremely proud of this aspect of our service provision and dedicate extensive efforts to maintaining both its quality and feel.
Our aspiration universally is to ensure that all our services are infused with the personal touches that we seek to render our defining characteristic.
