The food was very good and varied and all the staff were most pleasant.  It was situated almost on the beach with views along the coast. Thank you for a great week and hope to see you again next year.

All of the group thoroughly enjoyed their holiday and of course the bowling. The opportunity to bowl against other Clubs is one of the features that our group particularly enjoys doing. The hotel was comfortable and the group appreciated the extras that Personal Touch provided.

The hotel was excellent, the food was very good and the staff were so helpful.  The hotel facilities in general were good and the bowling green was very well equipped.

The bowls organiser was amazingly patient with our group.  As you know, 2 of our bowlers dropped out during the week before departure and another bowler was taken ill the day after we arrived and was unable to bowl.  He was willing to tear up much of his pre-planning to accommodate our requests!!  We all thought his organisation of the tournament excellent

Regarding our recent holiday to Menorca I am happy to report that we had a great time, in fact we all agreed one of our best ever.  The hotel was excellent, rooms very comfortable and always a wide choice of well-cooked food in the dining room.

The two PT reps were excellent, very friendly and helpful and certainly helped to make the holiday go with a swing.

Regarding our recent club holiday to Portugal, I am sure that all our members would wish to thank all who participated in organising our first club trip abroad and would like to pass on sincere thanks for such a well organised and enjoyable trip.

I am writing to thank you and all the other staff at Personal Touch Holidays for your efficiency and friendliness when organising our bowling holiday in Spain.  We have now safely returned and everyone had a wonderful time.  The hotel was excellent and there was a large variety of food, more than enough to satisfy all needs.  The weather was perfect and the hospitality provided by the clubs we visited first rate.  Our tour manager was fantastic, she was attentive to our needs, caring and efficient, she even filled in on the bowling green when needed.  I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to any other clubs thinking of bowling abroad.

The holiday was very much enjoyed by the group I took to Spain.  The hotel and its facilities were indeed very good.  The bowling clubs we attended made us very welcome plus the addition of soup and sandwiches for lunch was appreciated.
