Bowling in Mojacar
Just a few lines to say thank you for all your help in arranging our first bowls tour with Personal Touch. Everything went like clockwork. The Hotel Oasis Tropical was superb and the rooms and food were excellent. Our tour manager was very good and could not do enough for us, including arranging a cake for one of our couples’ ruby wedding anniversary. I will have no hesitation in contacting Personal Touch for any bowls tours in future.

Hotel Riu Festival
We have had many appreciative comments from our group. The hotel was excellent and the staff very friendly. The weather was all we could wish for and Playa de Palma is a lovely spot.

Surrey County Indoor President's Bowls Tour
We all had a wonderful time in Spain. The Hotel Sol Aloha Puerto was fine (the ‘happy hour’ particularly appreciated) and the food was really good with a wide selection of dishes. My tour was a great success and I thank everyone at Personal Touch Holidays Ltd for organising a terrific bowls tour.

Bowling in Mallorca
Your rep was excellent in looking after us, nothing was too much trouble and her friendly attitude made us more than welcome the moment we arrived at the Airport. The bowling organiser was also very good and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was first class and all the staff from the hotel manager right through to the chamber maids were friendly, thorough and always out to help. The reception we received on arrival at the hotel was unbelievable for courtesy and friendliness.

Hotel Riu Festival
Having returned from our bowls holiday in Mallorca last Friday I felt I had to write and express our delight and thanks for your organisation which made the two weeks a most memorable experience. First of all the Festival Riu Hotel was absolutely first class. The staff were excellent and so very helpful and pleasant and the food was amongst the best we’ve ever had at a 4-star hotel.

Friendly Fiesta, Mallorca
We all had a wonderful holiday. A first class hotel with excellent food and entertainment. We were well looked after by the rep who attended to all our needs and also the bowls co-ordinator who did a superb job with the games. We again thank Personal Touch Holidays for an excellent organised holiday and I am sure we will be booking with you again
